GROUP GUIDLINES FOR SUMMERFEST 2024
Attending a concert with a group of friends or business associates can be lots of fun. Some groups are casual, and they simply connect when they arrive. Others are more planned, with the host treating his guests to free admission. The policies which follow, are intended to provide you with direction for a successful and enjoyable evening.
INTRODUCTION
General Admission tickets for individuals and groups of 19 or less are available at the gate or online. The price is $14.00 per person. If you are not treating the people in your group to free admission, make sure they understand that they must pay at the gate or online. Payment may be made by cash or credit, or a ticket purchased online via our website – nissleywine.com/Summerfest
GENERAL ADMISSIONS
For a group of 20 or more persons, you could purchase and distribute in advance a group voucher for each person. The price of the group voucher is $11.49 (includes tax and fees) per person. Group reservations are limited, so it is recommended that group tickets are purchased early.
Vouchers are sold for a specific concert, and the vouchers are dated. Group ticket sales are final.
In the event of rain after you arrive, and if you leave before 7:30, you will be issued a full-price comp ticket to return on another Summerfest date.
Concerts are subject to cancellation due to the weather. If the concert is canceled, the total number of vouchers will be refunded.
GROUP ADMISSIONS - 20+
To order, contact us by phone at the winery during weekdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (717-426-3514), or by email (winery@nissleywine.com).
It is expected that you will distribute the group vouchers to your guests ahead of time, so that they will have them in hand when they arrive. For this reason, purchase of group vouchers should be made well in advance of the concert you plan to attend. Please allow two weeks for order preparation and mailing to you.

The concert series is for adults only. Sorry, we will not admit anyone under age 21, including babies and small children, even though they are accompanied by a parent.
CHILDREN & OTHER MINORS
If you do not plan to provide seating for your guests, you should ask them to bring a blanket or lawn chair. A limited number of tables and chairs are available for reservation. The cost for one table (includes 4 chairs) is $25.
CHAIRS & TABLES
Tents are permitted next to the long parking meadow fence, as to not block the view of the stage. Sorry, we do not have any tents to purchase or rent.
For lighting your tables after the sun sets, candles are recommended. Bright lights such as torches and lanterns, including those operated by battery, are not permitted. LEDs are not permitted.
Tent space must be arranged in advance, by calling the winery office Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – (717) 426-3514.
TENTED GROUP
We ask that an untented group larger than 6 people position itself at the outer periphery of the lawn area so as not to block the pathway and the view of other guests.
Because we cannot physically hold an area for your group, we suggest you do this:
· At least one member of your group should come early to hold your area.
· Balloons or flags can also be used to designate your area. Please, no ropes.

For ease in parking, unloading and setting up, and to assure your guests are admitted in a timely manner, we suggest the following arrival times.

SUGGESTED ARRIVAL TIMES
Vehicles are not permitted to drive onto the lawn seating area to unload. However, you may briefly park in the paved Handicapped Unload area.
UNLOADING & PARKING AREAS
Due to the narrowness of the parking access lanes and the lack of space for maneuvering large vehicles, we cannot accept a vehicle longer than 30 feet. Parking must be arranged in advance by calling the winery office Monday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
